Utilizing our cultivated precision processing technology, we produce various coils used in high-precision communication and office automation equipment (small lot production of many varieties). ■□■□■【Introducing a case study of terminal processing for relay coils!】■□■□■ 【Features】 Two-winding latching coil Two types of copper wire are wound, and terminal processing is performed by connecting two copper wires to the same terminal with three terminals. 【Challenges】 Typically, copper wire is cut using the edge of the terminal, but since two wires need to be connected, the edge of the terminal becomes difficult to use for the second wire, making it prone to whiskers. Therefore, we wound the first copper wire with a coarse pitch spiral and connected the second wire in between.
